Leap

My caracal Mangu is a great hunter. Her favorite prey is birds, especially guineafowl, so her most practiced hunting method is jumping straight into the air to catch a bird in flight. Here it looks like she missed, but that's only because I didn't feel like drawing a bird. Normally she'd catch one.

I made her a slightly darker gold than she was before. And don't you just love crazy, abstracted, textured backgrounds? I know I do. It saves me from having to actually draw something back there, but tends to look better than a solid color or simple gradient.

Textures are from [link] and , and possibly one or two other sources. I really should keep track of these things, but once I download a brush I tend to forget exactly from whence it came.
